A lot's happened since the last time I posted a blog on here. Most significantly a certain prominent Chicago politician rose to attain the office of the President of the United States of America... and what a dust up that has caused!!
His healthcare reform has proved particularly divisive for reasons unbeknownst to me!! Still I look forward to America joining the modern developed world in not letting people die because they do not have the monetary means to access what is admittedly the most advanced healthcare infrastructure in the world.
Healthcare reform WILL be achieved by the Democrats. The fact that it probably won't get any Republican support despite being watered down is telling. They do not care about the policy... they're just playing politics as usual. What else can we expect from politicians?
